Where is the furniture made?
The wood furniture by College Woodwork is made in Canada of Canadian hardwood. The iron beds by Wesley Allen are made in the US of iron and steel.

How long does the furniture take to order?
Some items we carry in-stock such as beds, bedside tables and dressers, other items take approximately six to eight weeks to order.

Does the furniture come in different finishes?
Yes, the wood furniture has several wood stain options as well as painted finishes. The iron beds come in a wide variety of colours and finishes.

Can the furniture be customized?
Furniture finishes can be customized, however design cannot.

Do you deliver?
Furniture can be delivered within the Lower Mainland for an additional charge through a third party delivery company.

Do you do custom room design and consultation?
Yes, we will help you in store with your design as much as you like. It is helpful if you bring in or email photos and we can see the space you have to work with.

Do you have on-line shopping?
Not yet, but maybe in the future.

Do the beds come in twin, double/full and queen sizes?
Yes, most of the beds come in all sizes with a few exceptions in the iron bed range.

Can the beds accommodate a trundle?
Yes, almost all the wood beds and all of the iron beds can accept a trundle. The beds all have two settings, high and low, so you can use a trundle or a mattress with or without a box spring. The lower setting is also perfect for transitioning young children from the crib to a big bed as they are positioned lower to the ground for getting in and out.

What are your policies on returns and exchanges?
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges in original packaging and in saleable condition within 7 days of purchase.
